Here is Finn the majestic labradoodle. Only 7 months old, hard to imagine a better family dog. Got a 13 month old brown labradoodle posted above. The breed (and golden doodles) is one of a kind. Great dogs

All im gonna say is that Dogs are truly man's best friend. They love unconditionally and are loyal to a fault. We humans need to learn from our furry friends.

Back in the day my son wanted a ridgeback. We drove 200 miles into Mississippi. I saw a dog the size of a Shetland pony. Mrs Express said be sure to get the female. Yup the female grew up big. She was the sweetest puppy dog into her 11th year. Unfortunately arthritis took it’s toll. Had to leave a few years too soon.

Once had a neighbor who had one. His name was Simba

I have gone through that twice and no matter how attached you get to the next one, this one will always be like your kid. Hope you can find it to keep treasuring the fond memories.

Damn local, sorry to hear bro. Losing a loved pet who is a full fledged member of the family is a tough lick.

This morning I lost my best bud. He was with me for the last 11 year and was a damn good boy. 😢 Sorry for your loss. The older we get, the more attached we are to our dogs. Had a neighbor years ago bury his 19 year old dog in his front flower bed so he could "see" him every day. I later learned the story he got the dog right after his 17 yo son was killed in an accident. Dogs have purpose, sometimes obvious, other times never known.

Both of my previous labs got a proper burial and service in a beautiful flower bed in the back corner of my back yard. Acts of such go a long way to help in these situations.

What is amazing the money spent keeping our dogs alive. My neighbor with the 19 year old spent thousands over the last few years of his dog’s life at the Refineryville vet school.
To each their own and I respect that. Started down that road one time, never again. I owed it to my dog not to let him suffer to delay our inevitable pain of loss.
