10-2. Because of our inconsistency and unwillingness to let Levi go and do what he does best and we force him into the parts of his game where he is not as good and we will drop another. It will not be App St this year.

I’m not ready to jump off a cliff just yet. We lost two NFL starting linemen from last years team and we are 3-1 with a win over a top 25 team on the road, and that win is looking better every week. We are in unchartered territory for this university.
I think I may not be as upset because even though I hoped for an undefeated season I had no illusions that we would ever get a NY6 game. Not gonna happen for any sun belt team. I’ve embraced the fact that winning the league and going to NOLA bowl is a good outcome for us. Until the playoff format changes this will be my stance.
We may lose one more game this regular season but I can also see us winning out.
UL coach Billy Napier likes how quarterback Levi Lewis responded to mistakes in loss
On occasion Lewis simply didn’t seem in sync with some of his receivers, throwing behind them at times. But the senior also bounced right back when his fourth interception in four games for UL (3-1, 2-0 Sun Belt) this season led to an early fourth-quarter Chanticleers touchdown.
This says it all. We have our QB.

Y’all need to forget about the Rona vaccine and develop a CDS vaccination. I can not believe what I’m reading...
Might have to address on the pod.
Worst I’ve seen predicted is 7-4. What have you seen from this team to make you think that isn’t a possibility? There are for sure 3 teams left on this schedule who will beat the Cajuns team we saw at Cajun Field on Wednesday.
To this point, outside of UL, Coastal is the best football team in the SBC that I’ve watched played a complete game.
We played our worst defensive game of the season. Across the board. DL was inexplicably dominated for the majority of the game. Communication errors all over the field. And we lost Ferrod and Zo at LB.
Offensively, again, the game plan was baffling and OL played average football. Another subpar performance from the QB1 position. None of our reliable play makers made plays.
On top of that, we were sloppy and undisciplined with penalties. And lost the TO battle and the TOP battle.
Still had multiple chances to win the game. They beat us on a late FG.
Bottom line, CCU played an A++ game; Cajuns played a C- game.
