You are one of the most knowledgeable baseball sources that I have spoken to, but I believe Angel will be in the same category as Regan was. Hard thrower with little control. That is just what I envision him at the next level.
Reagan really had one pitch and wasn't sure where it would end up.
Conor is more athletic and suffers from too much movement. That can be fixed. He is still a long shot competing with guys who can pitch and win, but he is closer to competing at the next level than Reagan when he left, to me anyway. Odds are he is out of baseball by 25 like most, but I wish him well.
The holes in Robertson’s swings are on full display today in Arlington.
There are days when we look like our record should be better and then there are days like today.
Ive learn to accept this club is a .500 ballclub that will suprise us sometimes. They either dont have enough talent or dont have enough coaching. When that happens you will be consistently inconsistent. Effort is only good so many days in a week. Im starting to feel outside of a handful of guys, we lack ability to play a high level of D1 baseball. I would hope we get the right mix of hard nose players and get this thing turned around.
